Service Agreement & Mutual Commitments

1. Usage Terms & Cloud License
- Subscribers are granted a non-exclusive cloud license to utilize WaslaPlus for fleet and courier operations.
- Subscribers remain responsible for safeguarding access credentials across dispatchers and courier staff.
- The platform may not be utilized for unauthorized activities contrary to transport regulations.
2. Data Confidentiality & Client Ownership
- All parcel manifests, recipient names, phone numbers, and addresses remain the exclusive property of the subscribing courier company.
- WaslaPlus strictly never sells, shares, or monetizes client or merchant data with third parties.
- All communications and databases are protected by bank-grade encryption in transit and at rest.
3. Platform Availability & Backup (SLA)
- We commit to a 99.95% annual cloud infrastructure uptime SLA.
- Automated hourly backups ensure business continuity and guard against data loss.
- Subscribers are notified in advance of scheduled maintenance outside peak shipping windows.
4. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellations
- Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the selected tier and billing cycle.
- Subscribers may upgrade or adjust plans based on parcel volume with prorated adjustments.
- Upon cancellation, subscribers can export all historical shipment data in standard Excel and CSV formats.

- WaslaPlus is a technology management platform and does not act as a legal carrier or party in physical shipping contracts.
- Subscribing courier companies remain responsible for verifying legal compliance of transported goods under local laws.
